Patricia’s began in my kitchen, born from a love of pasta and a desire to bring something new to my hometown. After living in London, I fell in love with its casual pasta scene, generous, delicious and affordable plates that felt special without feeling pretentious. I wanted to bring that feeling home.

Named after my late Mum’s middle name, Patricia’s is a tribute to a fiery, food-obsessed matriarch who loved cooking and bringing people together. Every menu is created
by me, inspired by the flavours I love and the joy of handmade food shared
around the table. 

Forks flying, saucy chins and lipstick on wine glasses, our family motto was always “whoever makes the most mess wins”. 

Through collaborations with local venues and chefs, Patricia’s creates relaxed pop-up dining experiences built around great pasta, good people and memorable moments.
